Terms of service

The service

Prime Sales Signals watches public sources for developments at companies you choose and shows what it finds with the quote and the source. The sources are company websites, public web search, public job boards, and public LinkedIn posts from company pages and executives you name. It can look up a business contact and draft an outreach opener when you ask. It never sends messages for you.

Research, not guarantees. Findings are leads based on public evidence. Coverage is partial: many sites block automated reading, LinkedIn history is limited to a page's latest posts, a job listing may no longer be open, and two scans of the same company can differ. Many companies will show nothing in a given week. A finding's relevance is our automated reading and not a prediction that anyone will buy. Sources can be wrong, out of date, or removed, so check anything important before you act on it.

Accounts

You need a confirmed email address to run scans or reveal contacts. Keep your password secure. One workspace per account, and team seats are not offered.

Plan and limits

The Free plan has no charge and no expiry. It includes up to 25 monitored companies, 25 different companies scanned per month (a removed company still counts until the month resets), up to 3 monitors, a 90-day first scan followed by weekly scans, and 5 verified-email reveals per month. Daily spending limits apply to all scanning, so when a limit is reached the remaining scans wait until the next day and a weekly scan can take longer than a day to finish. Limits may change with notice.

Paid plans are not available yet. When they open, they will have their own terms for price, billing, and cancellation before you are asked to pay anything.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass anyone, to send unlawful or deceptive messages, to break anti-spam or privacy laws, to watch individuals instead of companies, to resell or bulk-export contact data, to probe or overload the service, or to get around plan limits. Use contact data only for legitimate business outreach that follows applicable law. You are responsible for your outreach.

Your content

You own the information you put in, such as your offer, monitors, lists, and feedback. You let us use it to run the service for you. We do not use it to serve other customers.

Third-party data and sites

Findings quote and link to third-party websites and posts, and contacts come from a third-party data provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
